Angela is the manager at this property and she’s an excellent example of how customer service should be! I’ve been staying her for a while and definitely appreciate every moment of staying here. It’s complimentary in the quiet neighborhood, the distance to my job, the location is surrounded by many businesses, and parking is very convenient! SATISFACTORY GUARANTEED!

Ms. Angela at the front desk was very kind and accomodating. I told her I worked night shift and she gave me a room on the top floor away from all the foot traffic during the day (much appreciated)! Room was clean. A/C nice and cool. Ms. Angela deserves a 5-star rating too.
We quickly had to find a local place to stay and I was leery going to extended stay from stories I had heard. We arrived late and had to call , were immediately greeted by a very accommodating and helpful young man at the front desk. Great personality and extremely helpful. Rooms were ok, nothing extraordinary but served its purpose. Staff was helpful, room was clean, although outdated and bare. I would definitely cone back. Very little could be don't to make hhf rooms more inviting- like a small coffee pot, more than 2 towels etc.
Angie and Stephen are always helpful and nice. Gave me a treat bag and was very polite to my daughter
All in all, the stay so far has been fantastic. I've been here about 3 months. It's not too loud, it's ducked off nestled in a cut, and accessible to a few pretty good spots around the area. Ms. Angela is an angel. Stephen is also a joy to interact with as well. Stay recommended.
I made Mrs. Angela aware I was a night shift worker at a local hospital and she kindly put me in a room on the top floor and opposite of the freeway for minimal noise and foot traffic. I slept comfortably and I appreciate her accommodations. She deserves a 5-star rating as well.
